Virtuozzo and cPanel are made by two different companies. Thus, their applications do not completely integrate with each other. That is why currently, its saying that its offline in Virtuozzo. The real status of your httpd and named should be checked within your WHM (Web Host Manager).

How do I login to WHM and check my services status?

1. Login to your WHM (Your welcome email contains the necessary login information)
2. Scroll down until you come to "Server Status"
3. Then click on "Service Status"
4. This will outline all your services within your VPS.
