From time to time customers can get blocked by a firewall. Below is a quick guide on how to get this issue resolved.
When contacting support:
Clearly state the problem what folder is blocked? Can you get to the site at all?
If you can get to your site, what can't you get to?
Provide an IP Address, if it's different to the one your currently at (you may go to http://www.whatismip.com to obtain this information).
Other suggestions:
If your using an FTP application, and your site got blocked during the time when you where downloading / uploading files. We suggest that you lower you're: concurrent connection limit, and/or your upload simultaneous transfers down to about 2.
