The fastest way to diagnose a potential problem in Apache is to do a quick check in its log file. WHM offers this diagnostic tool, please follow the steps below to get the log file:
Login to the WHM (The login information is in your welcome email).
Click on the "Raw Apache Log Download" link in the "Account Functions" menu.
Click on the required domain from the displayed list and click on "Download".
Save the log file to your local disk.
