By using the WHM you can create a new DNS zone for a domain name. Follow the below steps:

• Login to the WHM (The login information is in your welcome email).
• Click on "Add a DNS Zone" link under "DNS Functions".
• Enter the IP address or domain name of the DNS zone in the IP or Domain field from the "Domain Selection" table.
• Click on the "Add Zone" button in the bottom of the page.

Note:  You will need to wait a few hours for the DNS zone to propagate.
