Using WHM you can determine what particular shell each account holder may use when they log in.  Follow these steps to do this:

• Login to WHM (Use the login information is in your welcome email).
• Scroll down to “Account Functions", on the left hand menu of your WebHost Manager interface.
• Locate the "Manage Shell Access" link and click on it.
• Click on Enable Normal Shell, Enable Jailed Shell, or Disable in the table entitled "Shell Access Manager" to configure users shell access.

Your customers shell access has now been changed!
Important: Shell access provides a level of access above that of normal cPanel access.
